Craig Wilkerson is hands down one of the best insurance people I have ever dealt with helped me quickly and effectively set up my policy and saved me $200 a month I was in shock give this man a raise a cup and a all expenses paid vacation he deserves it! You don’t ever find customer service this good anymore

Acceptance Insurance Representative on Main street (Shelby Lewis) did not add my lien holder name to my policy nor did she email the Declaration page to them while the info was written down on a piece of paper in front of her & given to her in her face and yet she lied and said I was good to go! Multitasking is NOT a good idea to do when you are dealing with a client face to face not fully completing their issue and being on the phone trying to handle the customer issue too! Phatashias Brown helped me in person at the Gainesville FL location and she is wonderful! Friendly, patient, and willing to hear me out and try to save me money. I changed my star rating (from 1 star) just because of her. Hardly anyone I’ve spoken with at Acceptance seems to know what they’re doing. My information is often incorrect, and even the agent’s name on my card isn’t right.
