Acceptance Insurance Representative on Main street (Shelby Lewis) did not add my lien holder name to my policy nor did she email the Declaration page to them while the info was written down on a piece of paper in front of her & given to her in her face and yet she lied and said I was good to go! Multitasking is NOT a good idea to do when you are dealing with a client face to face not fully completing their issue and being on the phone trying to handle the customer issue too!
