I would like to thank the Northwood office staff and John at the Heatherdowns office for referring me to go to their office. Had issues with Progressive insurance company constantly asking for odometer readings every month and proof of ownership. If they don’t review exactly 30 days apart your rate goes up every month from the original rate. The northwood office took the time to review and find me another insurance company. Thank you
My Agent was Tim Stinnett. He was helpful and knowledgeable with helping me find the best plan to suited me. He went to extraordinary lengths to give me an extensive amount of sacrifice working over to the extent of being late to his wife's Birthday Party. That is Loyalty to his customers and the Company. Today I visited the Acceptance Insurance Victoria, TX. location. I went in to renew my car insurance and was greeted by Anahi Cervantes. I must say that she was patient, very respectful as well as helpful. Mrs. Cervantes was able to get me a more affordable price. I asked her about some extra features and she explained what they offered and how much more it would be if it was added. She also told me that I could add it on at a later time.
