Acceptance HQ is the worst.. go see thier reviews. Sure they have low rates but refuse to fix 97% of claims. I was tboned in the driver side of my car by one of thier drivers who ran a yield sign and they refused to fix my car.. worse company ever...they need to be shut down.
I really enjoy the friendly service I receive each month!!!!
