Shamonica was very knowledgeable and helpful with my insurance.
No one was at work and I waited for 15 min. Like where’s the manager!! They should at least make sure somebody is here when it open even if they have to come.
I called to get a quote on insurance. The first person I talked to was very nice. He told me he was transferring me to another person who would give me my quote information. The young lady that got on the phone had such a nag attitude and act like why I called them. I told the young lady that she should informed guest that the have to start over on giving all the information because I gave all that in the beginning of the call.
