Veterans beware. push for another company.
I would not recommend this clinic. I have reached out multiple times to have my doctor Sarah Parsons order my prescriptions. I’ve been out of medicine for three weeks and she still hasn’t ordered it. If you’re referred through VA Community Care program I would request a referral to a different clinic. Nothing but problems from Accentus. Absolutely ridiculous, especially considering that it’s veteran owned.
This office is absolutely garbage about answering calls or getting back to their patients. The doctor is good, but the office staff is terrible. Do not go to this location. Been trying to get ahold of them for going on 2 months, they do not answer or return calls.
