This review is based off of the HOA. I fell ill and missed a few payments to my HOA. Wesmere and AMG forwarded the bill to THE WORST firm, Castillo, Sury, & Rooney. They will not return our phone calls to settle payment. When we called Wesmere and AMG for assistance, they said they couldn’t help us- we had to talk to the collections firm they sent our balance to. This firm has the absolute worst reviews, they don’t return phone calls and they will not give us an accurate total to pay anyone anything.
1 star isn't low enough for AMG. They are unresponsive, rude, harassing, they over look everything, every complaint, needs, issues, with nothing but excuses....YET they keep increasing our HOA fees with nothing to show for it. I pay almost 400 a month, and for what.....repairs aren't made, snow removal is terrible, bldgs look run down, they "estimate" cost of repairs, hire companies,yet we are never made aware of the cost, receipts, our cleaning company has no company vehicle or uniforms. This company’s behavior feels more like harassment than management. They make living here harder, not easier, and they are the main reason I decided to sell my home. If you’re considering buying in a community managed by them, DON’T. I’ve owned my home for three years, and my experience with this HOA management company has been nothing but frustrating.
