100% coming back to get my hair cut here. Sydney was the one to cut my hair and the entire experience from start to finish was incredible. As soon as I walked in the receptionist was incredibly kind! Once I sat down for the haircut, Sydney had asked me all types of questions to really understand how I wanted my hair to look in the end. I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I took my two little girls (ages 4 and 6) for a good haircut, and it turned out to be the worst salon visit I’ve had. The receptionist was extremely rude and showed absolutely no empathy, especially toward my kids. She didn’t want to listen or communicate properly, which made the whole experience very uncomfortable.
