Would never recommend, toxic environment, upper management does not care unless it directly effects their lives, they will dump patients in their last days if it could cost them money, they will tell you what you want to hear , they overwork their staff , staff doesn't have any back up if they are sick they are expected to work or do more visits than is possible in 8jrs, and don't want to pay for the extra work, compensation doesn't even come close to helping cover wear on your.personal vehicle,
This company was amazing when I got out of hospital. I was on oxygen 24/7 and had very little ability to move around without losing my breath. Allyson was my nurse and she is totally a blessing to this company. She explained everything to me so I could understand what all was going on with my health, she went over all medications and what each one was for. My therapists were kind and patient to me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone getting home health.
