This office staff is theee wrost. The supplies never get ordered right or not at all. Ive left messages and no return call. Scheduling is hit or miss and revolving door of nurses so there's always different people. No consistency except for one nurse.
Worst Home Health experience I’ve personally had. I deal with many home health companies, but the lack of communication, professionalism, and response has made this a very trying time. I had extensive back surgery, but they did not start my therapy sessions for almost a week once I was home. Let’s see where to begin. It seems that having a Hispanic last name can affect one's chances of being admitted to this "care facility." My father was referred by his doctor, but his application was declined at the branch level. When I called the branch, Janie hung up on me four times. Eventually, I contacted the intake department, where a lady informed me that someone at the branch level had declined my father's application due to a questionable reason. The most worse experience ever, the attention for my dad was horrible, the only good person is Wenslo, he went above and beyond with our dad. Glad we made a good decision and found another hospice agency to care for our father. Hospice care suppose to be a caring facility and helping the family in what they need. We got ZERO of that.
