UPDATE (03.25.2026) Actual first day with services because on the 23rd but she did nothing. I don't even know where to start. She came in, sat down and I guess she planned on talking again. I was busy and I figured she would get started but she kept trying to engage in conversation. I stated multiple times that I had so much work to do and I kept doing what I was doing. If it was possible to give negative star ratings it would be a negative 10 plus. I had to give a 1 star otherwise I could not post. Accent is unorganized, lack of truthful communication not only to myself but also to my Insurance company. I only had them for 8 days and my services were for 3 times a week @ 3 1/2 hours each day. I only received 1 provider for 2 hours out of the 8 days. Provider was scheduled for the 8th day and only a temporary provider with no further scheduled.
