I haven't even went there yet, but speaking with Sheldon nurse and my daughter spoke with Judy a nurse, both were very rude and uncaring!! They really need to hire better nurses!!
The nurses/angels who cared for my Mother, Irma, gave her such compassion and TLC during her time there. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and cared not only for my Mom’s needs, but also supported our family through a very difficult time. My Mother passed peacefully while in your care, and I am truly grateful for the kindness, comfort, and professionalism your staff provided. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Our family and all of the friends who loved my Mom so much appreciate everything you did for her😌🙏🕯️✝️.
We were very disappointed with the care at Accent Hospice Center. There was clear miscommunication between the admitting personnel and the hospice staff. At the time of admission, we were told that a bed would be available and that the staff would relieve the pressure caused by fluid retention to help manage his pain. We were also given hope that after this treatment, he might even be able to return to his assisted living facility.
