💯 Great Staff and Facility is Nice and Comfortable for my Mother.. I would 100% Recommend this place .. Mula is a great Night nurse and the day nurse Gloria I think is her name was so sweet and the Head lady's that came to the hospital were the best .. ❤️🙏 Social worker Do nice .. if I could give them a 10 Star ⭐ I would I wish my mom Carol was there for Rehab instead of the Worst place my mom was at Harborwood.. At least My mom gets to rest in a nice clean Sweet place . Love you All
Nurse Jasmine is very compassionate, competent and made a terrible situation bearable. Nurse Malla was also kind. Ellanna S. was also helpful
Excellent hospice care during my dads last few days on earth. He was peaceful and I am grateful.
Outstanding Care, the staff are truly angels of mercy. My father had been in excruciating pain that was not managed at the hospital. As soon as he came through the door, they were waiting with appropriate pain medication and wouldn’t let the EMTs move him to his bed until it had taken effect. Even the small details for his comfort were tended to without our asking. We were kept updated and were cared for as we stayed at his bedside. Families are going through a lot of stress and emotions during this difficult time of admitting a loved one to Hope Hospice. My sister and I got a rude, disrespectful and unprofessional phone call telling us to come and get our dad. No understanding or concern was shown whatsoever. He was only there, while waiting on a bed to be delivered so he could have hospice at home. Because he wanted to go home, my sister and I received the most unprofessional, unpleasant, and uncaring phone call ever. Where is the COMPASSION?????
