The worst hospice service!
I was a little hesitant about using the service because of the past reviews from years ago. After speaking to Ashley the intake coordinator, Lisa the social worker, they ensured and explained to me that my mother would be provided the best care she needed. I felt we could trust them with my mother's care. It was an excellent experience, We were updated continuously each day from the entire staff until my mother transitioned. After a long slow decline, my mom was brought to Seasons Hospice. She was there for 3 weeks before she passed. The care and compassion she received was wonderful. All the staff took the time to update me and my brother almost daily, on how my mom was doing. A special shout-out to Glenda, the social worker at Seasons, for helping us plan and think through other possible care options for my mom. My family and I are eternally grateful to the dedicated staff that showed us such grace and kindness.
I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place ! I know my mom was dying but they deprived her of water to the point that her mouth and tongue crack . Our family couldn't stand to see her suffering ( let me remind you that this is a hospice/hospital) and we pulled her out and took her home and got her patched up and flying straight. She died about a month later in peace and pain free with help from a home hospice nurse. This place is horrific and made of nightmares.
The staff was great. The intact worker was understanding and the doctor explained a lot. Though he and the staff had written my grandmother off and gave her very little water.She woke up as I thought and we all laughed talked and cried. Our Nurse Laura was a blessing. The social worker was intrusive and called me out of the room may times for trivial matters "robbing" me of last moments.
