The worst medical experience ever. Was recommended by hospice representatives to transfer my mother here two hours from the hospital because of the "excellent care and beautiful facility". Quote: "The other local hospice company only allows a 5-day stay and we are more flexible". When they remotely let you through the door, nobody was anywhere to be found including the "reception desk".
