AccentCare Hospice & Palliative Care of Massachusetts - BOS, MA was introduced as plans were being made for my mother who was in a local Boston Hospital. They made sure to go over their services etc. but within the next few days, my mother sadly passed away. I NEVER heard from them ever again. Here we are, a year and 3 months later, I get a survey in the mail from SHP regarding their " Grief Services". What a joke!
