Absolutely incompetent and atrocious. I ended it before it begun because after seeing the absolutely insane level of utter incompetence, who would try to continue? Hard no.
My mother broke her hip but finally got out of the hospital. This “home care” group was supposed to help her PT but after one appearance , they vanished. She’s called the number at least three times, only to be promised “someone would be there today”. NO ON HAS EVER COME as of today, 12.10.24.
