If you can request nurses, request Lola, Kiki, Davian. Calling the office can be useless as they don't answer their phones. If you need supplies, make sure you give them a couple of weeks notice. When you get nursing orders from the doctors, get a copy. It takes about a week for the office to get the orders to the nurses.
Late for ever appointment, some nurses barely spoke English. They used my supplies because they didn't bring everything. They took to 3 blood tests that quest could not use because samples were not handled correctly. I had to pay quest $300.00, even though accent messed them. West Houston Methodist recommended them. No idea why anyone would recommend this company.
