Every one has been very nice until I was assigned to a person named Katrina. She's combative, argumentative and I cannot deal with her at all. I don't know if we got some racism going on here or what, but I need to be assigned to someone else and somebody needs to hear me, Don't know how things are done because this has never happened to me before. Please , this woman is not okay to deal with sick or elderly people. She speaks to a person in a fashion like you're a liar.No way is this acceptable! (She is in Sugarland)
The management is horrible especially Shelly.

Do not recommend!!!I have 17 years experience as a caregiver I applied and got a phone interview then they set me up to attend orientation so I drove over an hour to attend orientation go thru the hiring process and downloaded needed apps. Was told app would be ready after 4pm I tried to sign up and it wouldn’t let me, after a few days reached out to two staff members and over a week later haven’t heard from them so word of advice don’t apply here go where staff communicate and appreciate and don’t waste your time!!!!!
