I am extremely disappointed with your staffs lack of care and communication. My friends husband is an amputee came home last week. Dr's ordered care through your company for wound care, pt and ot upon his Discharge from the hospital. 5 days after Discharge my friend finally received a call 10 minutes before your closing time saying she would be there in the morning. Then called back after closing time and said she now wasnt coming to do the intake and set up services until he sees his Dr later this month... the orders were I... read more
