Couldn’t be more disappointed with the lack of care and communication this “service” provides. Do not trust these people with your loved ones.
The assessment nurse at St. John's Fairview hospital had no bedside manner. She didn't even introduce herself by name and never asked any of our names or anything about our father personally, who is dying. From the moment she sat down we already knew she would not go to bat for us because all she kept talking about was the reasons why he wouldn't qualify and never really spoke positively about anything really.
