We can't get a person on the phone. Can't even leave a message. Poor customer service and communication.
They never answer and only care about big bill customers not the patients
Not a good place to work as a RN.
The nurses are good. But everything we needed. They were a day late I never did get a sponge things. My mom wanted to see the chaplain, but he kept putting her off and by the time he made it there she was already too far gone to communicate with him, so thanks for that. I had to block my mom in her bed with her wheelchair and walker so that she wouldn’t get up because it took two days to get a bed.
