If you are a clinician, this was probably the worst home care employer I’ve ever had. They simply do not care about clinicians or their patients. Corporately, they have everything in place to get referrals and pts and are strictly revenue driven only they would have monthly meetings with a clinical supervisor, who would document asking about concerns, but nothing actually ever came of it.
