The nurse, Sheila, who came to care for my client from this company, was incompetent, rude, and lied to cover up for her incompetency and rudeness. The nurse was mean and being difficult to my client, who is in a very vulnerable state. These home health agencies need to be better regulated and fined for their bad service. Worst
Impossible to speak to a person at this office. Literally the same day I posted this snd left messages for a return call INEVER got a return call but I got a reply to my initial review asking me to call to discuss!!! Maybe focus on customer service and patient care and the reviews will take care of themself!
