I received excellent care from this establishment via Mindy, Bob and Nicole. Mindy came to my house and did the first appointment assessment. She was very kind and caring and then I had Bob who taught me lots of exercises and watched me walk outside and gave me very good advice and tips to help with my new hip and then my last appointment was with Nicole who also was very sweet and kind and gave me excellent advice how to walk better. Just saw this place gets only 1 star, which blew my mind!! I'm sorry for those 2 individuals who had negative experiences but we've had dealings with this home health care agency for almost a year now and we have nothing but good things to say. Both my mim and aunt have had therapy now and nursing and the ladies have been just wonderful! They are communicative, helpful, sympathetic, kind, and know their stuff. Had an interview with this place was the most unprofessional interview ever. Very rude. Thomas was amazing.
Never got what was promised, at end he was in terrible pain. .25 Was his dose. Watching him gasp last few days thrash in bed, was terrible. comfort kit they said they shipped it. I asked what carrier they came back and said it wasn’t shipped. At the end my husband suffered, no comfort kit 103+ fever. My poor Glenn 💔
