I have experienced multiple home nursing agencies over the last year and Accent Care has been second to none. At first the communication was great with nursing. My father is 91 and has a sleep schd that he sleeps majority of the day and is up early afternoon. I was informed this would not be a problem from the get go. PT OT and Bath aide we great called the day before and set a time to come the next day. The first nurse that came out to admit him was great and she even confirmed the nurses would come out after 130pm every week. Then I get a call from nurse Emma telling me she can only come out at 12pm. And we have to work around her... read more

Not very reliable…I would get a couple of good workers & then they would switch them on me without a moment’s notice. Jenna & Sydney were amazing tho…
