On February 3rd, 2026, I had a conversation with a representative named Melissa. Our discussion did not focus on the individual requiring service. Melissa and I had a disagreement regarding the last time this individual received service. It appeared she was unable to move past this point, and I did not have the time to engage in an argument. It seemed as though there was a reluctance to provide the requested service.
Started this week with care and everything has been great. Three nurses showed up on time provided great service.
