Adding on to what the previous user Skincare Junkie said. I didn’t have a good experience either. I didn’t like that they called me 1hr before my shift to ensure that I would attend. It got annoying. I will attend my shift, it’s been like two weeks now you don’t have to check on me every single damn shift. You’re not my mom. If I don’t attend then just fire me for no show. We’re all adults here I get the feeling that they have trust issues here at the company.
I’m saying this as an employee The company is very passive aggressive when it comes to scheduling shifts. I had a personal emergency and then one of the supervisor was like “Your clients depend on you and depend on you to show up to your shifts” I’m like yeah dude no shit but life is life and I have an emergency and I cannot make it.
