My dad recently came home from a psychiatric inpatient facility. Part of his discharge was to have home health set up to come in to help, which was done at discharge (12/21). We have not heard from anyone yet and we have reached out 3 times now, once leaving a message and twice talking to someone who was paging the on call person who would reach out to us as soon as possible. This has not happened. We have called Tuesday, Friday and today (Saturday). This is completely unacceptable.
The home health care was great, friendlyand I learned a lot from the nurses, physical therapy and occupational therapy after my back surgery. Definitely recommend !

I had emergency surgery August 30th was told I couldn't leave the hospital until I had home care. when they added the nurse (Tina) things went downhill. Her 1st visit she's on her phone while packing my open wound, then I don't see her again but 2 others. On September 29th Tina comes to my house unannounced and no appointment, tells my daughter I must not need care if I can go to the store. What?
