No communication with patients’ family, including forgetting to notify for cancellations. On one occasion bedridden father was alone for hours because company failed to notify anyone that the caregiver had canceled. Elderly father is only entitled to approximately 12 hours a week paid Care. The Company makes little to no attempt to provide a caregiver for these hours. In the event. Someone is not available. Nurse was great but the company discharged my father without even notifying him and gave no reason.
My experience was they try to take on too many clients and don’t have enough help. Whoever is in charge doesn’t know what their doing.
poor care from nursing staff. My family got neglected and ended up in the hospital. poor knowledge & skills
Very disrespectful, rude,lazy and childish for other people's well-being absolutely do not need to be in the nursing field!!!!
