I wish zero was an option. Avoid these people at all costs. They have no care for their patients or their family's. They do not make appointments. They simply call you and *tell* you what day they are coming. Then they tell you they will call you the night before or the morning of the appointment to tell you when they are coming. On that day they have stolen from your life they often don't show at all.

I had to cancel this service due to lack of showing up as they ghosted the appointments multiple times. Then they just called 3 weeks later to tell me I canceled due to being "overwhelmed". The unprofessionalism is insane. I've had many many many services over the years with both parents having serious health issues---dealt with all kinds and never gone public (and wouldn't have until this phone call today) but they were the worst--be ware if using this company.

0 stars - Very unreliable which puts safety of their clients at risk. DO NOT USE WESTWOOD MA HOME HEALTH CARE SERVICES.

It seems like accent home health care really cares about what they are doing and how they treat their clients and that's a good thing and until I have a full experience I will be giving a two Star rating

Laurie my husbands physical therapist was amazing. She was on time, great with communication and follow up. She was a pleasure to work with and probably one of these best physical therapists we have worked with over the years. She is a great asset to your company.
