I have read some of the negative reviews for this agency from two years ago, and I can say that in July of 2024 this agency is nothing like those negative reviews. It looks like back then they might have had a few bad apples working for them, but I can say with confidence this is not the case anymore. The nurses are always wonderful and helpful. They are a great big help to have in your back pocket for you if you're taking care of your loved ones.

I wouldn't recommend this agency unless you're my worst enemy. They are terribly managed with attitudes. I was a patient with AccentCare till I changed to another agency. On Tuesday May 31st, the nurse Ashland made a visit to home, when she arrived, she was unprepared like every other time she arrived, didn't have the supplies needed for the wound change. she never once EVER ordered the medical supplies when low or out.
