Would give zero stars if I could. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for care. Caregivers routinely fail to show up as scheduled, and there has been little to no accountability or meaningful response when this happens. I have repeatedly called the office during business hours, only to reach an answering service. The answering service confirms my phone number—often multiple times—and tells me I will receive a call back. On several recent occasions, no one has called back at all. I have read some of the negative reviews for this agency from two years ago, and I can say that in July of 2024 this agency is nothing like those negative reviews. It looks like back then they might have had a few bad apples working for them, but I can say with confidence this is not the case anymore. Firstly I would like to recognize Amanda, the supervising RN who did our initial intake visit. She was great. Communication was great and scheduling was flexible. I wouldn't recommend this agency unless you're my worst enemy. They are terribly managed with attitudes. I was a patient with AccentCare till I changed to another agency. On Tuesday May 31st, the nurse Ashland made a visit to home, when she arrived, she was unprepared like every other time she arrived, didn't have the supplies needed for the wound change. she never once EVER ordered the medical supplies when low or out.
