We contracted AccentCare of Knoxville (which is managed out of the Chattanooga location) for my father who was in need of home caregivers. This is the worst managed business I have ever encountered. Caregivers were routinely late. Caregivers did not show up for their shifts and no one called. One caregiver was scheduled to be there at 7 PM and did not arrive or call.
