I would never recommend these people services. When you asked for help or for them to come out they wanna do everything over the phone.They do not support the family and when you do need them, there 2 to 3 hours out. Please do your homework while shopping for hospice care. But this service is not gonna be your answer.
I have found the staff to be polite, patient, up to date and knowledgeable. The office personal especially Sonya was able to make me feel confident.
