THESE MEN AND WOMEN( I WISH I COULD REMEMBER ALL OF THE NAMES), ARE ANGELS!!!!! THEY HAVE BEEN WITH ME THROUGH SOME VERY SCARY, STRESSFUL AND SAD TIMES OF OUR LIVES!!! THEY WERE HERE WITH ME WHEN MY DAD MOVED IN WITH US AND WAS A LOT MORE SERIOUS THAN I HAD KNOWN, HE PASSED IN APRIL, BUT THEY WERE WITH ME THNK GOD BECAUSE I DID NOT KNOW WHAT I WAS DOING!! They do not do what their web site says they do. They send a different nurse every time therefore you have to answer the same questions every time. they don t provide the info they promise. Do not trust the health care of your loved ones to this company.

If you want hospice services, look elsewhere. Their visiting nurse showed up late, was scatterbrained at best, explained to me how she was so tired and had to buy coffee, and missed medications and directions, and set up the patient in bed on 5 sheets and sitting on their catheter line. Their 800# call center takes calls but does not record them and does not return them in less than 4 hours. I would hate to see if there was a real issue as they are fully unequipped to handle hospice care.
Stay away from this agency!!!!!!!!!!! Arrogant and terrible attitudes. Hillbilly Heaven
