Worst ever. Nurses come when they want. Wont change my dad ostomy bag. Wont touch it. Loud, sometimes belligerent. Im going elsewhere. Worst agency ever
DONT RECOMMEND! I absolutely hate that the hospital assigned me to this company. The lack of professionalism of the PEOPLE INSIDE THE OFFICE IS HORRIBLE! The lack of communication with some of the nurses are horrible. I’ve asked them PLENTY of times to only assign me to a nurse that I’m comfortable with and who knows my situation and injury. Never before have I seen providers do less with so much coldness. Completely worthless services.
My 80 year old mother was throwing up with severe constipation.The nurse had the incorrect Doctors name on my mom’s chart. Total incompetence. As usual we can’t come tonight. They don’t ever have to worry about coming back to my home. Wrong doctor/ No I don’t know Dr. Vaughn. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the second bad experience with them. Accent Care is awesome. We’ve used them at least 3 times in the last two years for my Mother-in-love. She had two Surgeries in one year and needed physical and occupational therapy each time. What was really helpful were the wound care nurses that came to assist her, as well as her bath nurse. I just wish Medicare would at least provide more than a few weeks for these services. I would definitely recommend Accent Care for your home healthcare needs.
