The PT for my Father, Ms. Dinah & Ms. Ash, are extraordinary professionals. We highly recommend them and appreciate their knowledge, professionalism and teaching skills to make recovery both functional & accessible.

Got a STAT referral for home health nurse on Friday afternoon, called and asked to expedite in order to get care to include the weekend. Heard nothing until I called Wednesday about no call back and to complain. They had record of the referral apparently but just never followed up. Ultimately we received services elsewhere. This company claims to be one of the nation’s largest home healthcare providers, but I can’t see how they are even in business by this utter lack of follow up. Management must be incompetent. This review applies to the San Diego office. i live in an Assisted Living facility, but need more help than they will provide, so AccentCare was hired to shower me 3 times a week and any other small things. I stressed in my scheduling conversation that I have many doctor and therapist appointments , etc., so punctuality is important. I don't think Liz, the scheduler, knows what the word even means.
