I'd give this place a ZERO if I could. Crystal, the nurse/ manager, is hopelessly inept. I was trying desperately for almost two weeks to get some home health care after a hip surgery. Every message I left for her was asking when someone would be able to come. She clearly didn't listen to any of them, as she answered the messages with a voice mail saying, "I see you called. Call me back." After two weeks I gave up and went with another agency. Avoid this business at all cost.
I am beyond upset this company is a total joke!!! They never follow the days they set for schedule, they never send the same person and when they do send someone you like you have to fight to have them stay with you becuadr management does not care. Then they showed up on my daughters birthday without a call. They try to show up at all hours, we received a 6:30pm call asking if they could come. I ask to speak with a supervisor and all she did was cut me off and not let me explain myself she was rude and unprofessional.!!

I'm a caregiver and my client has a nurse & occupational therapy & physical therapy visit by each one at least once a week and every person that has came out is kind, considerate, knowledgeable. I've delt with a few home health agencies and the people that work here are by far my favorite! I was shocked to see it didn't even have 3 stars. They get 5 stars from me
Amazing STAFF! I have never met such a caring staff and a Home Health that will work with all the appointments surrounding an every day life. Thank You AccentCare for all you do for your patients.
