I do appreciate that Dr. Bradford is very informational—he explained the science behind his decisions, and as someone who studies biology, I really valued that! However, my experience wasn’t great. I came in because I was having issues with the medications I was currently on, but while I was explaining my situation, he cut me off and started forming a treatment plan before fully hearing me out. 5 stars truly isn’t enough for how I feel about Dr. Bradford, Shayna and Kelley. I work in the medical field and feel like I’m fairly hard to impress when it comes to patient care and customer service. This group of people is so genuine, relatable and actually care about their patients, and you can just feel that when you step foot in this office. Mixed views on this. The Dr Bradford was kind, full of knowledge and respectful and listened to my concerns. Front desk nurse was very opinionated and his nurse was SO UNORGANIZED and appeared to be over caffeinated(or something) His business would be 100% better if he changed out his front desk and nurse.
Dr. Bradford and his team are amazing. They make you feel so comfortable and heard. The appointments are super efficient and they get you in and out!
