I first called Doug last summer for an itty bitty repair on my garage vinyl, so minor I didn’t think I would be able to get anyone to do it. Not only did he make the repair, but he did it in the very slight window that I needed it done. That garage needed new windows. Got a quote from Doug that I was very happy with - had those done few weeks ago. Again, the window of opportunity was rather slight, but Doug worked with me on that. We had an excellent experience with Accent Windows and Doors, LLC. Doug H***** (Owner) was clear what our purchase of windows would entail from the style of window to the installation process. All turned out as he explained. When his staff arrived for the installation, they carefully protected plantings in our gardens as they setup. They were on time and ready to work. Doug and his team installed a single front door with side lights on each side where our double front door was. I could not be more thrilled with how it turned out. They were on time, cleaned up after themselves and very professional. I would highly recommend them! Who would believe installing 25 windows in the dead of winter was a good idea. Doug and his crew made this seemingly impossible task a reality with minimal impact on living conditions. They were efficient, timely, prompt with communication, clean in and out of the home, and professional from beginning to end. The windows look great!
