I picked up information while at Costco for these services for my new house. While the response time from this company was good, they called me 3 times within an hour on a business day, failing to allow me time to call them back when I was available. When I called back, I let them know my timing (about 6-8 weeks lead time) and was immediately told, "we can't guarantee that can be done" before even knowing what I was looking for. Just got my plantation shutters installed. Absolutely love them. Beautiful job. This whole Harvey thing has been such a nightmare. This project was the smoothest, easiest project of them all. And they look so wonderful. Thank you to everyone who got the job completed for me.
