Even though it was 10 degrees and snowing outside, ADRIAN and ANTONIO arrived on time. Their work was exemplary, totally professional; they respected our home and cleaned up before they left. Two nice young man with excellent skills. WE are very satisfied with the windows and the installation. GREAT JOB!

My windows that were put in by Accent Southwest last month (July 2018) leaked extensively when it rained. My walls had to be cut to be dried inside. I have large loud fans running constantly during the remediation and plastic covering all windows in attempt to keep the elements out. What was supposed to be an upgrade has left us experiencing daily stress while we attempt to determine how to fix all the damage.
AWSOME COMPANY I bought windows 12 years ago from Accent. One of the seals failed in December. Unbelievably they have a lifetime warrentee and came out two days later and fixed it with no charge. I love my windows, I love the service and I highly recommend this company to anyone seeking windows or doors.
Excellent company. Did not need my Husbands permission to get a proposal. No high pressure and the window ratings in comparison to others are much better. (after they explained it to me) Others seemed to miss that important point.
