Wonderful work and wonderful people. We hired Accent Window Fashions because we wanted quality and a nice product. I was very impressed with Mary, who came to our home and helped us pick patterns for windows, measured everything and than her husband came and installed the shades. I am so happy with the product. I wish I had done this sooner! We are planning on putting a few more shades when we decorate the upstairs and we are definitely calling you guys again! :)
I called the store Thursday for service on a window covering that needed repair. Accent was able to come out to my house the next day. A part, under warranty, needed to be replaced. The part was stocked at their store so they were able to fix it without sending it out. It was repaired and rehung in the same day. What great service! We have purchased many window coverings from Accent, for both our home and business, and we have always received friendly and knowledgable service. Thank you!
