Normally I don't write reviews for a bad and incompetent customer service but I feel it's imperative others to know how incompetent and careless Accent BMW is. I had a major engine work done by Accent back in Aug' 2024. Car came back with unsecure drive shaft. Just in 3 days after, plume of smoke coming out of car. For no reason it was diagnose a turbo failure. After $4K repairs, the car stalled in a next 4 days. Again towed and diagnose a fuel injector failure. NO words cannot express how I feel about my mechanic Johnny Prado and his team. When I say pptrustworthy sprinkled with a whole lot of INTEGRITY I MEAN IT. I've been cheated so many times by BMW mechanics I'm talking about the dealerships and independent shops. So much money spent for unnecessary parts and labor 😡! I had transmission problems 6 months ago and haven’t had any problems since, thanks for the great work
Took my car in for a diagnostic. They charged me double the price just to be sure what they were telling was accurate. they said they had to take apart more of the components to look inside. Come to find out nothing was taken a part and I got back a melted up engine cover. This review is strictly based off the first impression, as I decided I did not want them working on my car. The labor they quoted me was high, just for a few hours of work.
