Good, honest service. Came in with a recently purchased car and they gave me a detailed breakdown of what I should look out for, in order of service, and the oil change I originally came in for was cheaper than nearby "quick stops" with better oil for my model.

This is an extremely professional body shop. The mechanics know what they’re doing, and don’t try to manipulate you into making unnecessary repairs. The young lady, Rebecca, who handles intake and provides customer updates is very knowledgeable as well. This place is a 10/10. No doubt.
Normally I don't write reviews for a bad and incompetent customer service but I feel it's imperative others to know how incompetent and careless Accent BMW is. I had a major engine work done by Accent back in Aug' 2024. Car came back with unsecure drive shaft. Just in 3 days after, plume of smoke coming out of car. For no reason it was diagnose a turbo failure. After $4K repairs, the car stalled in a next 4 days. Again towed and diagnose a fuel injector failure.
