my husband & I won in Thurston County Civil Court against Mike Jorgenson & the home owner who unfortunately uses him to manage their property... if they don't pay within this week, we will then get judgement to garnish pay, etc. BEWARE check court records

In response to JackRussell Tompson's review: In the first place, there was no mention of a fee for the bid. Accent Real Estate would have not have asked for him to do an inspection if that was the case. In actuality, it was not opossums that were infesting the house, but rather raccoons. I had also contacted two other businesses to inspect the property and both provided bids that not only were 1/2 to 1/3 in price of his, but they verified that it was indeed raccoons that were the problem, not opossums. Mike Jorgenson called me and hired me to do and inspection for a property he manages at 4312 Avon Lea Dr SE in Lacey for Opossums. I quoted him $125 for the inspection and he told me to go ahead. I sent him a bid to remove the animals and fix the house along with my invoice for the inspection which he promised to forward to the owner of the house whose name I was never given.
