Mike is a horrible man. Very unprofessional and doesn’t seem to know what he is doing. He may be suffering from mental illness or early onset Alzheimer’s.
WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER! Nat Palmer and Mike Jorgenson do not provide property owners with written inspection reports, nor do they do yearly inspections on properties. Renters call in with concerns/issues and the issues are not looked at or resolved. A renter called in with a concern about a leaking toilet and Nat did not come out to look at it and nor did he send anyone out to fix the problem. The toilet then leaked so long that it ruined the sub floor and foundation flooring beneath...so much dry rot that up... read more
