I have rented from Accent Properties for 4 years now and Jessica W is my contact person. I have never had a problem with her or anyone else in the office. Just make sure you pay your rent on time or they will put a notice on your door and call you. Jessica W always take cares of the problems i have had with this house.

This company by far is the most unprofessional operation that I have been involved with in all my years of relocating for job transfers. They will talk to you as if you were a low life after you have paid your rent! Please if you are moving to Jacksonville DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! You will regret it! Hope they go out of business!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, 2 THUMBS DOWN! – They are pretty good with finding you a tenant at the beginning. After that all they are concerned about is their management fee. They don't do regular inspections, they will let you know if you have a maintenance issue, but they don't get authorization before they fix it, you just get the bill. When your tenant moves out, that's it, they are done with you. It doesn't matter if your place was destroyed, it's all up to you to deal with the damages and repairs. Property Management done right – I have all my rental properties in NE Florida with Accent Properties and the do a great job for me. They send a statement each month that is easy to read and keep me up to date on any repairs that I have. I have never had a problem reaching the Manager who handles my property or the owners when I need to discuss investment strategy. Poor Managment Company – Accent properties managed my property and I had a great deal of trouble with them. They could not getting the accounting accurate and kept sending me updated numbers, they were unsuccessful and made little effort to fill my property with tennants leaving it empty for months and the new owners did not seem to understand how to manage properties and what was important for Landlords. As a seasone investor I would not recommend Accent Properties to anyone looking for a Property Manager.

Not recommended – We used the Accent Properties to manage our rental and discovered that 2 families were living in our rental home - but only one family was on the lease. Accent Properties was not aware of this. We found out from the neighbors when we moved back into the house; plus we still receive some of their mail. Accent Properties is not very thorough in their management, and it was hard for us to reach the owner/manager when we had questions about getting our deposit back.
