I had a follow up appointment as an established patient for continued foot pain 7 months after surgery, and due to an accident on the highway, I was 17 minutes late and they made me reschedule my appointment for a month later. I called the office to tell them I would be late, but only got the voice mail so I couldn't let them know. I have had several appointments there and have had to wait over an hour several times for my appointment and they couldn't show me the same courtesy by seeing me a few minutes late. Dr. Dan is the most caring talented dr we've ever used. He was able to redo a botched ankle job with extremely good resultsfrom a well known orthopedic dr in Dallas.

Wish there was a way to rate a ZERO. My wife underwent 2 very painful surgeries for a fractured calcaneus (heel). Second surgery was to fix an "issue" from the first - (that's when our trust slipped.) Bhatka comes across as a very genuine/concerned doctor but our overall experience was otherwise. Offcie visits: They "stack" their appointments (a term I later learned) to make it appear they are busier than they actually are. My advice without reservation - talk to someone else - especially if surgery may be involved.
