My first time ever to a podiatrist! Dr Jasper had to remove a toenail that wasn't growing back after injury to it that I caused with my vacuum! 🤦♀️ He made me feel comfortable and hopeful that it will grow back! I will work 3 flights today and 3 tomorrow and hope that all goes well! Praying... Great staff and everyone was super friendly!

Great doctors, but office staff and policies make it or break it for me. I find the Mansfield office staff to be understaffed and overworked to the point they don't remember to give you all the information you might need. I have a surgery scheduled that will take me off my foot for 4-8 weeks. NO ONE ever mentioned it would take 10 business days to get FMLA paperwork processed, or that there would be a $45 CHARGE to have them complete the forms. By far the BEST Podiatrist I've ever been too. Dr. Bhakta is very on point and always include the Patient and listens and shows a great deal of concern. He loves spending that 1 on 1 time with Patients. I was very BLESSED when I was referred out to him. He did what my previous Podiatrist didn't do and as soon as he entered the room he noticed things about my feet before doing a thorough exam. Oh and the Nursing and Office staff are AWESOME. I went in to see Dr. Bhakta in Dec. for my the pain i was having in my foot and he said I needed to have surgery on it. so I did on Dec.28th. after 6 1/2 weeks I'm back on my feet. Everyone in his office is so nice and very helpful with everything. Dr. Bhakta is the best and so is the office staff. I'll tell anyone that needs a great foot doctor to go to your office.
