I came in with a very stiff, painful neck. Barely able to move my head. After a one hour therapeutic upper body massage by Emily I was 90% improved. Excellent technique. I will definitely be back. She also recommended moist heat for 20minutes on and 30 minutes off. I had been doing continuous heat and she explained that only made it worse.
