Lady! just put what the housing value, in the area has been. With no regard to none of my upgrades. Didn't mention my solar, or that my tile was porcelain. I have energy saving materials didn't mention. Ex. Clothes line, solar, covered water heater for coolness. She mention, in the paper work that no upgrades, have been added in the past 15 yrs. But there is a fence, sheds, awning, roses, fans in all rooms, porcelain tile from carpet. Lady is a joke. Unacceptable appraisal and service.
Waited a couple of days on an appraisal received a text message that they are not willing to complete it, and waisted our time. Not only that we received a second text message saying to stop calling them without an explanation what happened to the appraisal very unprofessional!
I texted her on a Saturday asking for a particular service. Not only did she text back immediately, but she provided the service on Sunday, and at no charge. Great communicator! Excellent quality of work! Highly recommend! I'm still waiting to hear back from the other appraiser I texted the same day, two days later.
