LaRae showed up 15 minutes early because she called me and stated she was in the area, I said awesome. She showed up and took lots of pictures including solar panels and updated back porch. Answered all my questions, and she didn't make me feel like I was being a nuisance. She took her time and was very educated in her perfession. Wonderful person I give her a Bravo Zulu!!

Spent a total of 10 minutes from drive up to drive off. None of the upgrades to home were considered. I would give zero stars if possible. Terrible appraisal service.

Lady! just put what the housing value, in the area has been. With no regard to none of my upgrades. Didn't mention my solar, or that my tile was porcelain. I have energy saving materials didn't mention. Ex. Clothes line, solar, covered water heater for coolness. She mention, in the paper work that no upgrades, have been added in the past 15 yrs. But there is a fence, sheds, awning, roses, fans in all rooms, porcelain tile from carpet. Lady is a joke. Unacceptable appraisal and service.

Waited a couple of days on an appraisal received a text message that they are not willing to complete it, and waisted our time. Not only that we received a second text message saying to stop calling them without an explanation what happened to the appraisal very unprofessional!
