I just got a haircut and perm from a stylist at the salon. The cut was fine, but the perm needed an adjustment - row of top curls did not turn out right - they were curly at the root and straight at the ends (the curles underneath looked great). I asked to go back to have it touched up and they told me to have the owner Jody do it. Great Friendy Atmosphere and fabulous Service – The staff at Accent on Appearances is wonderful not only do the y give you a great haircut every time but they do it with your satisfaction in mind. I have even had my hair grow out a little too quickly and they gave me a trim at no cost. so if you long for that old fashioned SERVICE model in your stylist... go to Accent on Appearances!
Great Salon - Really Professional – I've been to this salon 3 times to see the stylist, Kelly, after being very frustrated with my former salon where I felt I was never listened to. The first thing I was asked to do when I arrived for my first appointment was to fill out a new client questionnaire which I thought was a great way for me to answer some of the stylists questions quickly and for me to communicate what my needs were in terms of a hairstyle. BEST SALON EVER!! – I was very sceptical going to a new salon since every place I ever went to found some way to ruin my hair or not do what I asked. I decided to try out Accent on Appearances because I had heard some amazing thing about it. When I walked in I was immediately impressed with the layout of the salon. User review by sadiezoe – I color my hair all the time, and this by far was the worst coloring I've ever had (friends thought I must have done it myself)... got my money back, but with a not very nice note saying I would be on their "do not schedule" list... well, duh, with such a bad color experience, I was never planning on going back. Customer service was seriously lacking as well.
