My wife and I were very please with the professional help that we received in choosing the lighting for our new home! We especially appreciated the suggestions that we were given once we identified the style of lights we liked. We got just what we wanted in a timely fashion and have already heartily recommended Accent Lighting to several people who liked what we did in our home.
Paul, Ann and Mike Brocus have been unbelievable in all their help and advice. No question is considered to be uninformed and is treated with respect. It has been a pleasure to work with them at least 30 years. Thank you everyone
Poor customer service. When I followed up on my fixtures, was told this was the first they had heard of my concern of my fixtures being untouched for 8 weeks. Was told they could repair them and it would ONLY take 2-3 weeks. Followed up at 4 weeks and then 8 weeks. They didn't understand why I was so upset. The BIG man talked to me like I was a child and in the end he told they didn't want my business and/or money. They lost out BIG because I had lots of business for them.
