I have a service contract with Accent Comfort Services. My AC went out completely on one of my properties. I called Accent Comfort Services on a Friday at 1:45 pm and they did not answer. I left a message and got no response. Tried to call back again and got an AI bot ... after about 10 minutes was finally able to speak to a human and they told me they would have somebody call me back.
